Steven M. Weiss, Esq. graduated from the Case Western Reserve Law School in 1980 and became licensed to practice law in the State of Ohio that same year.

Since 1980, Mr. Weiss has represented victims of a wide variety of accidents, personal injuries and consumer fraud matters.

He is widely recognized as one of a small number of lawyers who successfully handles cases on behalf of people injured by toxic chemicals. Mr. Weiss served as the Chairperson of a nationwide group of lawyers that represented homeowners and factory workers who were exposed to Formaldehyde, a toxic chemical that was improperly used in home-building materials, insulation and industrial environments.

Mr. Weiss has also been invited to speak at college campuses and at seminars for other lawyers seeking to further their legal education.

Mr. Weiss is a member of a number of professional organizations that are devoted to assisting people who have been injured due to the carelessness of others and devoted to assisting consumers who have been treated unfairly by businesses:
